Sarah is a self-empowerment coach who specializes in total transformations of body, mind, and lifestyle.

Sarah is a psychology undergraduate with a proficiency in neuropsychology and sport psychology. A former varsity athlete and national bikini athlete, Sarah combines her competitive training with over a decade of experience and education. Sarah is also an International Sports Sciences Association elite trainer with specializations in corrective exercise and sports nutrition we well as a certified stress management coach with counseling experience.

After experiencing her own struggles with mental health, Sarah developed a unique system for managing manic, depressive, and anxiety symptoms through lifestyle disciplines.

Sarah believes in building collaborative relationships where clients are encouraged to take an active role in creating their own personal process for long-term success. Clients are seen, heard, and acknowledged on the deepest level and given the correct support as well as proactive exercises to apply the techniques to achieve their goals.
